Check Inside as Rapper Rick Ross Pays Cash for Amar’e Stoudemire’s $3.5 Million Florida Estate!

Rick Ross, a well-known Floridian, is receiving the home keys from former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire!

After only four days on the market, the rapper and businessman from Miami, born in Miami, bought the mansion in Southwest Ranches, west of Fort Lauderdale, in an all-cash transaction. The Florida-born player, Stoudemire, who spent one season with the Miami Heat, put the house up for $3.5 million. This transaction is the quickest closure in Landmark Ranch Estates’ history.

“It’s a spacious estate in a highly isolated region,” Ross describes his new home to PEOPLE. “From the moment I stepped inside, I appreciated the high ceilings and rich detail.”

According to NBC News, Ross also has a 45,000-square-foot estate in Fayetteville, Georgia, which was recently used as a prop for Prince Akeem Joffer’s (Eddie Murphy) castle in the film Coming 2 America.
