Tom Brady departed a Miami gym alone on Sunday morning in good spirits.

The former football player grinned as he exited the facility with his duffel bag over his shoulder and a ‘Stay hungry’ keychain.

The 46-year-old father of three donned a Brady-branded black drawstring sweatshirt with shorts from his apparel label. He showed off his Florida tan with white shoes.

He supposedly dated model Irina Shayk, who was absent. Shayk spent much of her time in NYC.

He was seen the same morning that his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, 43, posted Instagram flashbacks of 2023 and 2024.

None of the photos showed Brady, with whom she has two children but is friendly. A caption read: ‘Reconnecting with the fundamental ️ spreading love and hoping a happy and prosperous 2024 to everybody!’

He spoke to John Legend on SiriusXM’s Let’s Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jim Gray: I enjoy attending games for my kid, but the spotlight often shifts to us.

I don’t want to take away their moments, ‘since this is vital to their lives and maturity.’

To avoid the ‘challenges’ of celebrity, Tom simply concentrates on his kids while with them.

He added: “We get to go on fun vacations and you guys go to school and have help because we have to deal with some unique things.”

So life has no straight arrow for everyone. Everyone will face various challenges in becoming a good parent.
