Tom Brady’s opulent Miami beachfront estate, which he hopes to induct into the Hall of Fаme, is almost finished.
The sportsman, who just retired and got divorced, is finishing up his opulent bachelor residence on Indian Creek Island, often referred to as the “Billionaire Bunker.”
Situated in the gated and exclusive Indian Creek Village, the expansive house is just across a river from the home of supermodel Gisele Bündchen, his ex-wife.
Brady’s extravagant estate has an impressive array of amenities, including an exclusive cutting-edge fitness center, library, waterfront swimming pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, beautiful gardens, and a tree-lined road that leads to a multi-car garage and motor court.
The Post was able to secure renderings that show off the main and guest apartments, each with an own patio.

The expansive rear pool deck has an infinity pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping and a number of palm palms along the coastline.
There’s a cozy pool cabana next to the swimming area. Brady’s home also has a sizable guard house at the front door that looks out over a roomy motor court that was built to hold his collection of very expensive automobiles.
The Post has been informed by sources that Brady is anticipated to move into the house in the spring.
Billionaires like Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump are drawn to Indian Creek Island, which has developed into a magnet for private waterfront estates.
The residence is situated in Miami’s exclusive Indian Creek Island area.

Through an LLC connected to Jeff Soffer’s Fontainebleau Development, Brady and Bündchen acquired the 2-acre parcel at 26 Indian Creek Island Road almost three years ago. Soffer resides next door at 27 Indian Creek Island Road.
The LLC obtained a $35 million construction credit from JPMorgan Chase in June of this year for the magnificent property.
Two notices of start, describing designs for a two-story house with a security facility, gym, cabana, pool, and sports court, were submitted by Fontainebleau Construction in 2021 to kιck off the project.
The estate boasts waterfront views and is surrounded by a golf course.

Brady and Bündchen divided their assets amicably, with Brady keeping the home as his principal residence.
Indian Creek has always been a sanctuary for the ultra-wealthy, and Brady is becoming one of the town’s well-known citizens.
Jeff Bezos paid $68 million for a property in June with the intention of moving from Seattle to Florida as his primary residence.

Bündchen, who announced their divorce over a year ago, purchased the house for $11.5 million. Her real estate holdings are eclectic, as she also owns a non-waterfront Surfside home and a 7.5-acre equestrian estate in Southwest Ranches.
