Tom Brady appeared to be in good spirits after being seen for the first time since his Netflix comedy roast, which “hurt” his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen.
The 46-year-old retired NFL player was in Venice, Italy, on Saturday to assist his E1 boat racing team, which is scheduled to race on Sunday.
Brady, who became a part-owner of the team last year, was seen in an online video throwing a football over the Grand Canal.

“That was awesome,” Kimiläinen, 34, responded.
According to NBC 4, Brady joined a group of other celebrities, including Rafael Nadal, Didier Drogba, and Sergio Pérez, as part owners of the electric boat rowing squad last year..

“I’m excited to join Rafael Nadal, Didier Drogba, and Sergio Pérez, all great athletes with the same desire to compete at the highest level and work together to help make the boating industry more sustainable, create incredible events, and especially to win,” Brady said in a statement at the time.
“My message to our competition: be prepared for second place because we are aiming for the top.”
The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback’s appearance follows his roasting in the Netflix comedy special “The Roast of Tom Brady” earlier this week.
