Tom Brady’s $17 million mansion sprouts an impressive garden with vegetables and flowers growing along eight plots as construction nears completion on Miami’s ‘billionaire bunker’

On a completely rad land owned by a giant dill, are you trying to find any inner peas? Witness the nearly finished residence of Tom Brady on Miami’s ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ where the legendary New England Patriots quarterback has put down roots.

Aerial photographs taken from above Indian Creek, a man-made barrier island in Miami-Dade County, show that Brady’s new $17 million estate has an admirable garden. In the garden, which appears to be spread out across eight identical rectangular plots, a variety of vegetables. Jeff Bezos, Julio Iglesias, Ivanka Trump, and Jared Kushner are among the other notable residents of Indian Creek.

Brady may have hired local gardeners to do the heavy lifting, or he may have done it himself. No one knows for sure.

Naturally, the 46-year-old has little experience with nutritious food. A plant-based diet rich with anti-inflammatory foods is something Brady has advocated for through his TB12 brand.

The diet is “commonsensical,” says Brady.

“I believe in maintaining a steady equilibrium,” he stated.

Brady is a strong believer in eating naturally occurring, unprocessed foods.

The gardens are, of course, the newest embellishment to Brady’s jaw-dropping North Miami Beach house.

Earlier images show that he installed a pickleball court and boat dock not long ago.

Over four years after Brady and ex-wife Gisele Bundchen purchased the house together, the project is nearly finished, as shown in exclusive images released nine months ago by DailyMail.com.

A lot has changed at Brady’s enormous mansion on Indian Creek Island since then, with the addition of many amenities.

A private boat dock is being built on the water, not far from Brady’s house, according to new images.

A pickleball court with basketball hoops on either side has also been installed by the seven-time Suρer Bowl winner.

The quarterback, who is supposedly worth more than $500 million, opted to take out a mortgage for the entire sum plus the possibility to borrow an additional $17 million, rather than put any money down, as was previously disclosed by DailyMail.com..

After breаking up with Bündchen in October 2022, Brady renovated the building while Bündchen went on to purchаse a home across the river.

Building documents show that before the breakup, Bündchen spent $1.3 million for a three-bedroom beachfront house in Surfside, which she had renovated.

The 43-year-old subsequently spent $11.5 million for a 6,600 square foot, five-bedroom house that was just next door to the smaller one and across the street from her ex-husband’s residence.

The ex-couple and their three children—John Edward, Benjamin, and Vivian—had planned to construct a permanent residence in the Indian Creek Country Club neighborhood of Miami.

After paying $17 million for the property and an extra $10.12 million for the construction of the unique home, the total cost of the house is expected to be close to $30 million.

A yoga terrace, cabana, solar panels, and an indoor/outdoor kitchen are all features of this residence.

An incredible 17,000 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, an elevator, a home theater, and a guest suite—all detailed in the mansion’s previously obtained floor plans by the New York Post.

Brady hung up his cleats for the second and final time in February 2023, following a storied playing career in the NFL.

However, as an NFL commentator for Fox Sports, he will soon be back in the spotlight.

This autumn, he will begin announcing games for the network after reportedly signing a $375 million, 10-year contract.

Brady is still in amazing physical condition despite being 46 years old. His 40-yard sprint time from last month was quicker than when he was 22 years old.

A video of Brady describing his subpar performance in the 40-yard sprint (5.28 seconds) at the NFL Combine—a performance that cost him a sixth-round selection pick—has gone viral on social media.

While on the run, Brady was timed by two pals; one of them stopped the watch at 5.18 and the other at 5.12.
