Listing records state that NFL player Odell Beckham Jr.’s custom-built megamansion in Ohio is now under contract.
Records show that the 29-year-old wide receiver, who is currently a free agent after spending 2021 with the Los Angeles Rams, the winners of the Super Bowl, paid $1.6 million for the Columbia Station, Ohio, property in 2019.
According to Mansion Global at the time, the home was listed for $3.3 million in late April. It was not possible to verify the final sale price.
Requests for comment from Mr. Beckham’s representatives were not immediately answered.
According to listing images, the approximately 14,000-square-foot, four-bedroom home has various huge living and dining areas with high ceilings and large windows, making it ideal for entertaining. The house also has a large game room in the basement with a bar, a barber’s chair, and a lounge. The house also has a home theater system installed.
A main suite features a huge bathroom with two sinks and a soaking tub, as well as access to the outside. According to listing images, there is a sizable walk-in shoe closet on the bottom level, among other unique features.
The expansive outside area of the resort features a pool with water slides and a waterfall, as well as numerous lounging places and an outdoor kitchen.
