Like every parent, Gisele Bündchen is busy.
The supermodel, who has son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, with ex-husband Tom Brady, recently showed followers her daily ritual with her kids.
“My life is a little different,” Gisele told WSJ. Magazine’s My Monday Morning segment on March 18. Sometimes I have kids, sometimes I don’t. My routine differs while with them and when not.”
Her routine involves a quiet morning. Gisele, who shares her time between Florida and Costa Rica, told the journal that she wakes up at 5 a.m., drinks lukewarm water with lemon and Celtic salt, stretches for 15 minutes, meditates for 15, then walks and feeds her dog. She relies on this peace throughout the day.
“When my kids are with me, they have sо many activities,” said the drag queen. I struggle tо balance mine and their schedules. Putting оn my оxygen mask is my first priоrity every day.”Gisele stays pоsitive even when life is stressful.
“To live in a state of gratitude is like a protection in your life,” she said. “Why is this happening to me? I think we’re here to learn, develop, and progress. In retrospect, my largest, most difficult experiences were all mine. They proved I was stronger than I believed.”

Co-parenting has been difficult for Gisele after her divorce from Tom.
“There’s easier days than others,” the Nourish author, who divorced the former quarterback in 2022, told Robin Roberts on ABC News earlier this month. I find it remarkable that the youngsters are so clever. What they can get away with. Since it has various regulations, youngsters will adapt and attempt to do what they want. Only my actions are within my control.”
She concluded that balance matters.
Gisele said, “Now, Tom gets time with them, and I have time with them,” “which I think is fantastic because they get to experience—and enrich their lives—two distinct cultures and learn from them. Good for them, I suppose.”
