When Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes celebrate one month after his triumph in the Super Bowl, they have even more reasons to rejoice.

The National Football League power couple celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary on Tuesday, and the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, who is 28 years old, posted a photo to Instagram in honor of the momentous occasion.

“The second year! Cheers to the anniversary! ️️,” he wrote, accompanied with a carousel of photographs depicting the couple and their two children, daughters Sterling, who is three years old, and Bronze, who is fifteen months old.

It appears that one of the adorable photographs was taken at Sterling’s birthday party just recently, which was themed around a tea party. Additionally, Brittany, who is also 28 years old, can be seen in the picture carrying her daughter next to a colorful cake, while Patrick and Bronze are seen watching from behind them.

Another picture shows the family in Disneyland, which they went to after the Super Bowl on February 11 to celebrate the Chiefs’ victory over the San Francisco 49ers by a score of 25-22 and Patrick’s Most Valuable Player award.

With Brittany smiling for the camera, Patrick planted a kiss on her cheek in the third picture. Brittany was smiling for the camera.

A post commemorating the couple’s second wedding anniversary was also published by Brittany, which included photographs from the couple’s wedding in Hawaii in March of 2022. As she tweeted, “Happy Anniversary to my forever️🤍,” she expressed her happiness.

In a post that she made on Instagram to commemorate the first anniversary of her and Patrick’s wedding, Brittany referred to the wedding as “one of the best weeks of my life” and stated that “marrying your best friend” is “one of the greatest things you could do.”

In an outdoor ceremony on the island of Maui, Patrick and Brittany, who had first met at their high school in Texas and had begun dating when they were in the tenth grade, exchanged their vows. Travis Kelce, a tight end with the Chiefs, was one of the groomsmen, and the couple’s daughter, who was only one year old at the time, rode down the aisle in a miniature blue toy car, which showed off her adorableness.

The unique meaning of the tropical wedding destination was disclosed by Brittany in a question and answer session on Instagram following the big day. She shared with her followers that Maui was the location of their first vacation together as a couple.

According to her, “We have just loved it ever since,” and she went on to say that “the weather and views are just perfect there!” To put it simply, I wanted a location where people couldn’t just pull up and wait lol.

 

She also shared some details about her chic bridal look — a white Versace column dress featuring striking cutouts on the bodice. Brittany told her followers that she and her stylist collaborated with the Italian fashion label to create the dress, which she topped off with a classic tulle veil.

Brittany also shared a carousel of wedding photos on Instagram at the time, including one shot showing her and Patrick playing rock, paper scissors with each other at their reception.
