As work on the $17 million Miami mega-mansion nears completion, Tom Brady gives a sneak peek at the opulent pool and backyard oasis: ‘Home is where the heart is’

As he unwound at home on Sunday afternoon, NFL icon Tom Brady offered followers a behind-the-scenes look into the yard of his new luxury property.

The former quarterback said, “Home is where the heart is,” with a photo of his stunning Miami home on his Instagram story.

The seven-time Suρer Bowl champion seems to have snapped the picture from inside an open-concept living space, with the doors leading to the outside fully swung back to reveаl the sparkling backyard pool.

Sun loungers and patio furniture were scattered around Brady’s stunning South Florida haven.

Brady seems to be relaxing at the property even while construction on the new Miami house draws closer to completion.

The home was purchased by Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen jointly in 2020; however, the pair separated two years later.According to fresh images released earlier this week, the former Patriots and Bucs quarterback recently built a private boat dock, pickleball court, and even a vegetable patch to his $17 million Miami estate.

The house, which Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen purchased together four years ago, is almost finished, nine months after DailyMail.com released exclusive images of the continuing work.

Brady’s enormous Indian Creek Island property has undergone significant renovations since then, adding a number of facilities.

Recent images from earlier this week revealed that Brady is having a private boat dock built nearby on the sea.

The seven-time Suρer Bowl champion has also installed a pickleball court with basketball hoops on both sides.

Vegetable patches, the most of which are empty of soil, are situated right close to the court.

One picture revealed that development was underway, presumably at the house’s rear.

Other than that, overhead photos of the house seemed to show that it is almost finished, situated directly on the water in a gated Miami enclave.

The island - less than half a square mile in size - has been a magnet for billionaires, celebrities and power couples who've sought it out because it its privacy and security+6View gallery

Because of its seclusion and security, the island, which is less than half a square mile in size, has drawn millionaires, celebrities, and power couples.

The term “Billionaire’s Bunker” refers to Indian Creek Island’s reputation among celebrities and wealthy individuals, such as Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

The island, which is only reachable by a guard-manned bridge, has round-the-clock land, air, and marine protection.

There are just 34 estates on the 300-acre island, with a median value of $20 million.

According to earlier reports from DailyMail.com, the quarterback, who is reputedly worth over $500 million, decided to take out a mortgage for the whole sum plus an additional $17 million, rather than contributing anything towards the purchаse of the house.
