Tom Brady adds a private marina, a pickleball court to his massive new $17M Miami mansion

According to new pictures, former Patriots and Bucs quarterback Tom Brady has built a private boat dock, pickleball court, and even a vegetable patch to his $17 million Miami property.

The house that Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen purchased together four years ago is almost finished, nine months after DailyMail.com released exclusive images of the ongoing work.

Brady’s enormous Indian Creek Island property has undergone significant renovations since then, adding a number of facilities.

According to recent images, Brady is having a private boat dock built nearby on the water.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion has also installed a pickleball court with basketball hoops on both sides.

The home was purchased by Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen jointly in 2020; however, the couple separated two years later.

Vegetable patches, the most of which are empty of soil, are situated right close to the court.

Additionally, one picture appears to show ongoing development, presumably in the house’s back.

Other than that, aerial photos of the house appear to show that it is nearly finished, with the house perched directly on the water in a gated Miami enclave.

The term “Billionaire’s Bunker” refers to Indian Creek Island’s reputation among celebrities and wealthy individuals, such as Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

The island, which is only reachable by a guard-manned bridge, has round-the-clock land, air, and sea protection.

There are just 34 estates on the 300-acre island, with a median value of $20 million.

According to earlier reports from DailyMail.com, the quarterback, who is reportedly worth over $500 million, decided to take out a mortgage for the entire sum plus an additional $17 million, rather than contributing anything towards the purchase of the property.

The total cost of the home could reach near $30million due to $10million in building costs since it was purchased

Because the home was built after it was purchased, the total cost could be close to $30 million.

Brady took up the building’s repairs after he and Bündchen broke up in October 2022, and Bündchen went on to purchase her own property across the waterway.

Building documents show that Bündchen spent $1.3 million for a three-bedroom waterfront property in Surfside before the couple split up.

The 42-year-old then shelled out $11.5 million for a 6,600 square foot, five-bedroom house that was located across from her former husband’s house and a few doors down from the smaller one.

The former couple’s goal was to construct a lifelong house for themselves and their three children, John Edward, Benjamin, and Vivian, in the Indian Creek Country Club neighborhood of Miami.

They spent $17 million for the site and an extra $10.12 million for the custom home’s construction, bringing the total cost of the house close to $30 million.

The home also has an outdoor and main kitchen, solar panels, a cabana, and a yoga patio.

The New York Post previously received floor plans for the massive 17,000 square foot property, which features five bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, an elevator, a movie theater, and a guest suite.

The former couple had aimed to build a forever home in Miami's Indian Creek Country Club community for themselves and their children, John Edward, Benjamin, and Vivian, 10

Brady retired in February 2023 - this time, he insisted, for good - but still looks like he could play

Brady announced his retirement in February 2023—this time, he insisted, permanent—but he still seemed to be able to play.

In February 2023, after an illustrious NFL playing career, Brady hung up his cleats for the second and final time.

However, he’ll soon be making a comeback to the spotlight as a Fox Sports NFL commentator.

He reportedly agreed to a $375 million, 10-year contract with the network, and he will begin game calling this autumn.

Brady, who is 46 years old, demonstrated his exceptional physical fitness this week by running a quicker 40-yard dash than he did when he was just 22.

Brady is seen discussing how he performed poorly in the 40-yard sprint at the NFL Combine—running 5.28 seconds—in a video that was circulated on social media prior to his sixth-round draft selection.

Brady was being timed by two pals; one stopped the clock at 5.18 and the other at 5.12.
