The property was once home to an outdated 5,772-square-foot mansion, which Brady and his now-ex-wife, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, purchased in 2020.

The house was then knocked down, and the couple started construction on an environmentally conscious mansion the next year, according to the New York Post.

The two-story house had blueprints designed by Fontainebleau Construction, along with a separate gym, sports court, pool, and security structure.

Three months before he retired from the NFL in October 2022, Brady and Bundchen divorced, and Brady, dubbed the “Billionaire Bunker,” maintained the property. The facility had advanced significantly, as shown by aerial photos taken in January 2023.

Views from the front of the site revealed that all of the major concrete buildings had been completed, and the beginnings of a pool could also be seen.

After almost a full year, the project is beginning to take shape as a permanent residence.

The home seems to be well into the finishing phases of development, with lush vegetation, including a well-kept grass, filling the exterior areas.A big motor court, which looks like a basketball court surrounded by shrubberies, is accessible from the road in front of the house, which is bordered with trees.

Regarding the house itself, it seems like all of the windows and doors are in place, and the several terraces are almost finished.

There’s a huge, empty swimming pool, and between it and another lovely terrace is what seems to be an outdoor fire pit.

There’s a big sunken hоt tub built on the other end of the pool that will provide amazing views of the stream. The pier with palm trees along it seems to be finished as well.

With Bundchen now building a $11.5 million property on the opposite side of the stream, this feature could come in handy.

Their three youngsters may be able to move back and forth with ease thanks to the stream.

Brady’s new house is surrounded by famous neighbors and situated between a golf course and a stream. These people include Ivanka Trump, Julio Iglesias, and Jeff Bezos.

Although the precise cost of the land is unknown, the New York Post reports that the LLC that bought it in 2020 was granted approval from JPMorgan Chase for a $36 million construction loan.
