The quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs took three years to construct his ideal house.
With his wife Brittany and their two children, two-year-old daughter Sterling Skye and eleven-month-old son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, Patrick Mahomes is leading a lavish lifestyle.
It has taken the 28-year-old quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs and his family nearly three years to move into their palatial mansion in Belton, Missouri. They purchased an eight-acre tract of land for an estimated $400,000. The NY Post claims that construction on the house on the property started in 2021, and a swimming pool was added the following year.
With an aerial perspective of the property showcasing its expansiveness and ample amenities to keep every member of the family busy, the end product is simply remarkable.
With the exception of sporadic images obtained from within the house, which have shown off features like floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, stark white walls, glass partitions, white tiled floors, and a cutting-edge gym, interior details have been mostly kept under wraps.
The magnificent property has a par-3 golf course, a private pond, and a 50-yard football field with “Mahomes” emblazoned across the end zone and Patrick’s logo in the center.
It’s not unexpected that Patrick is establishing a multi-million dollar real estate empire for himself given that he inked a $450 million, ten-year contract with the Chiefs in August 2020.
The football player and his spouse are the owners of four homes, one of which is for sale at the moment. They purchased a large home in Westlake, Texas for $3.37 million in March 2020; the other three are in Missouri.
A $350,000 apartment with two bedrooms and three bathrooms in Kansas City was the couple’s first purchase of 2017. It is the only home in the building with a top roof deck and a two-car garage.
They lavished $1.8 million on a converted ranch house in Kansas City that had three bedrooms and four bathrooms in 2019. After spending an additional $400k on upgrades, Steve and Brittany recently listed it for $2.9 million.
Their previous residence was about 4,800 square feet in size, including a 1,250 square foot master suite. A home gym, a 500-bottle wine room, a pool, a hot tub, and an outside putting green are also included. The chef’s kitchen is another feature.
Before finishing their new pad, Patrick and Brittany lived in their most opulent house, which was in Texas. The mansion with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms is referred to be a “entertainer’s dream.”
A large kitchen with capacity for 12 people to enjoy breakfast, a floating staircase, and a wine room are among the features. A private study that opens to a private loft is also there.
With its walk-through bathroom, dressing area, and spa bath featuring an infinity edge tub, the main bedroom offers panoramic vistas. A game room, a wet bar, a large balcony, an outdoor barbecue, a pool, a spa, and a fire pit are additional features, as if all of that wasn’t enough.
