In a prestigious area of Westlake, he is the proud owner of a mansion that is worth multiple millions of dollars.

Even though Patrick Mahomes plays football in Kansas City, one of his properties is located in a gated enclave in Westlake, which is extremely exclusive. Mahomes is originally from Tyler.

According to the deed records of Tarrant County, Mahomes, who is attempting to win his second Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles on February 12, purchased a mansion in Westlake along Post Oak Place in the year 2020 through a limited liability business.

An expansive covered patio, a fire pit area, a pool, and a spa are all located outside.

This mansion was most recently listed for sale at $4.2 million. The complete purchase price was not disclosed; however, deed records indicate that the limited liability company (LLC) obtained a loan in the amount of $2.7 million for the transaction.

This home is located in a prestigious neighborhood that is surrounded by the Vaquero golf course. This neighborhood has been the residence of many other high-profile owners, including athletes, entertainers, businesspeople, and political figures. Some of these individuals include Glenn Beck, a conservative political broadcaster, the Jonas Brothers, and Jason Witten, a former star player for the Dallas Cowboys.

An offensive lineman who had previously played for the San Diego Chargers, Andrew Gissinger III, was the one who sold the estate. Additionally, Gissinger served as an executive at Countrywide Financial Corporation, a mortgage company that was acquired by Bank of America in the year 2008.

As reported by the New York Post, the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs has also acquired a number of properties in the state of Missouri. These properties include a mansion and a condo in Kansas City that are valued at $1.8 million, as well as an eight-acre plot of unoccupied property near Belton, where he constructed a new housing unit.

Before spending three seasons at Texas Tech, Mahomes was a quarterback at Whitehouse High School, where he was listed as a three-star prospect. Mahomes went on to play quarterback at Texas Tech. The Kansas City Chiefs selected him in the first round of the National Football League draft in 2017.
