NFL fans find Taylor Swift’s viral appearances at games to be “disenchanting” because they detract from the action on the field.

That’s the position of famous former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts head coach Tony Dungy, who feels the ‘entertainment value’ that comes with modern-day sports is pushing fans away from games.

Swift has been to several Chiefs games this season despite her brief relationship with Travis Kelce. On Saturday night, during Kansas City’s playoff victory over the Miami Dolphins at a bitterly cold Arrowhead, the pop sensation was spotted dancing with his mother Donna and fellow WAG Brittany Mahomes.

While Swift’s performances have drawn a lot of attention to the sport, ardent football fans are annoyed by the amount of camera time she gets during games and have taken aim at the NFL and broadcast networks for failing to concentrate only on the action.

This season, Swift has drawn a lot of attention when she goes to Kansas City Chiefs games. 

This season, the pop diva visited Arrowhead to cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce. 

However, Dungy thinks that the amount of focus on Swift is depressing football fans.

Dungy, who won Suρer Bowls as a coach and player, also understands why fans are losing interest in the game.

‘That’s the thing that’s disenchanting people with sports today, there’s so much on the outside coming in – entertainment value and various things,’ the 68-year-old remarked in response to a question from Fox News on his views on the Swift frenzy in football right now.

“It detracts from the actual events that occur on the field.”

After Donna and Brittany joined Taylor in a box to celebrate Travis and the Chiefs’ 26-7 victory against the Dolphins on Saturday, Taylor was seen on camera holding hands and chatting with her boyfriend as they departed the stadium after midnight.

Following their first significant dispute over Christmas, the singer-songwriter was expected to have a chilly reunion with Kelce when she returned to Kansas City. 

Swift, however, seemed to be all in favor of her partner and even donned a Chiefs puffer jacket that had been specially created with his nаme and Chiefs No. 87 on it.

She got to Arrowhead about an hour before start and watched the Chiefs and Dolphins bаttle in the fourth-coldest NFL game ever while sitting next to Donna Kelce. 

She was once seen on camera leaning out of Kelce’s suite window to wave and even give high fives to the fans gathered around her as they cheered on the Chiefs to a score.

However, Swift spearheaded the celebrations as the Chiefs secured an insurmountable 26-7 advantage at the conclusion of the fourth quarter.

They moved side to side as they danced to the music that was being played around the stadium, along with Donna and Brittany.

They started the festivities early since Swift and Mahomes were really going for it, and Donna joined in as well.

But when she saw Kelce and the Chiefs lose to the Las Vegas Raiders over Christmas, her attitude was the exact reverse of what it has been said she was experiencing. 

As the two sparred after the loss, Kelce’snapped’ at Swift on Christmas Day, according to a shоcking claim published by Life & Style earlier on Saturday.

After the loss at Arrowhead Stadium, the NFL player is said to have let his emotions to get the better of him, leaving his girlfriend feeling “hurt and confused.” He was also seen on the sidelines during the defeat, furiously tossing his helmet to the ground. 

In exclusive photographs obtained by Dailymail.com earlier on Saturday, Kelce was spotted leaving the Chiefs’ hotel ahead of schedule, sporting a stony expression amid rumors of his altercation with Swift.

Considering that it was their first argument in five months together, a source is cited as claiming that the argument destroyed his and Taylor’s vacation plans.
